Brick By Brick is the internal programme designed to support that journey: a structured coaching pathway that meets engineers at every stage of their development. The identity had to carry real weight inside one of the world's most technically demanding organisations. It needed to feel at home within ASML's culture of rigour and ambition, while being warm and human enough to represent a learning and coaching context — not a product or a corporate mandate.
